Gumdrop's mother Lillie was found as a friendly stray at the Ice House Theatre in north Visalia.  She was very pregnant and had her babies at her new foster home.  Their foster mom had to turn them over to Love of Animals because she had to move and couldn't take Lillie and her family with her to her new home.

Gumdrop is a lively little lover who would love to spend time with you on the couch or in bed, although he may be a little shy at first.  If you show him a little love he will love you back forever.

As with any new companion, Gumdrop should be kept isolated for a day or so to let him get accustomed to his new home, diet and litter box.  It is also good for make sure he has a "special" area he can escape to when company comes.
