Mama is a gentle lady once she knows you're good. All her puppies but one has been adopted so she is looking for her own family. She pals around with her son and they usually can be found napping or sleeping close to each other. She is housed with several other canines and a few felines.

We do not know the history of her. Foster family knows it took her some time to feel at ease to come to them. Once she found out they were good, she has been more forth coming for attention and to be held. She enjoys sitting on a lap now being petted and played with.

Where she is currently housed at, they feed grain free food mixed with Purina Instict. They try to go after other meat the chicken.
 

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
