Poor Chazz has had a rough beginning- he was owned by someone who would put him outside everyday when he left- no fence- just roaming the neighborhood. He hadn't been groomed in a very long time so we literally had to shave him - I am posting a before photo because his condition defies description. He needs a fresh start with lots of love and TLC!
