If you are interested, have questions, or to schedule a personal viewing for this companion only, please contact Ms. Laurie Jane Eberle, volunteer for Love of Animals, Visalia Division, Visalia, California, at 559-697-5070 or laurie@loveofanimals.org.
Sancho & Sancha came into our organization due to the owners not being able to pay the pet deposit where they are living. Both are sweet little and I mean little Chihuahuas. Sancho is just over 3 pounds and Sancha is less than 3 pounds. Sancho is a bit reserved but will warm up when he sees you’re not hurting Sancha who is as friendly as can be. Their foster mom calls them the wee-wee-chews after a joke about 2 Chihuahuas singing.
These sweeties are crated trained and will use the litter box while in there. They will start regular potty training the week of May 14 as they got their second shot on May 13. With the size of them these are a mandatory indoor only companion unless with you. They will need to have flea/tick application as Sancha will lose her hair and skin turn red with bumps.
As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
