Happy and his siblings came into the LOA Adoption Division when the family who was raising them could no longer keep them at their home. First the six of them were together but due to having limited houses for dogs, the adoption coordinator had to split them up. Happy, Love, and Joy have been together the whole time and are learning to be more social. Still a bit timid, they are opening up. Will play and romp around when they are at home but not too happy to be at the adoption site with all the noise and comotion. If you are looking for shy but sweet when they are settled, these are your cats!
It is suggested as with all feline adoptions to keep a new companion indoors for a several weeks so they become familiar with the new surroundings. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
