When Katie was found, she was scared and starving and cold. She's become much more confident and is now a sweet, playful, affectionate little girl. Gets along well with other cats and dogs (one old poodle, at least) and should be a great pet for a family with children. She should be strictly an indoor cat.

It is suggested as with all feline adoptions to keep a new companion indoors for a few weeks so they become familiar with the new surroundings. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
