Harley was adopted from Valley Oak. His owner found that he really could not give Harley the complete attention he needs because of his young age.
His owner did have a microchip placed in him and did follow the regulations about neutering and rabies.
Harley has been at his new foster home for a few days so it honestly is hard to give him a complete evaluation. Foster mom does suggest to crate training him and going from there to have the canine companion you truly desire. Currently he is being kenneled with another dog of the same size and age and they get along very well.
Please give Harley a chance. He was at least saved from one shelter and still has a chance of being your true canine companion.
