Tiger and his two littermates were abandoned on a residential street. They were rescued by a family in the neighborhood, who found a home for one of Tiger's sisters. Tiger is a sweet, friendly lap cat. Loves to be cuddled. He gets along with dogs (depending on the dog), other cats, and children.
His adoptive family had to return him to us after five months because Tiger had decided the baby of the family was his property. This was (naturally) a problem with the parents of the baby, so Tiger lost his happy home. It would probably be best if he was adopted by someone who already has a cat or two and who doesn't have a baby.
It is suggested as with all feline adoptions to keep a new companion indoors for a several weeks so they become familiar with the new surroundings. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
Adoption fee $40.00
