Full of love and spunk, Trixie is both an indoor and outdoor companion. Was adopted out but the family could no longer afford to care for her. Through a few connections, Love of Animals was able to bring her back and place her in a foster home again.

Trixie wants an individual or family that will make her part of their daily life, go running, take to the lake or beach, but not just sit around. She does like the water as she had her own wading pool in her kennel. We separated her from the male companion due to he was food aggressive and she was not.

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. this will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
