Andy is quite possibly the BEST dog in the universe! He is sweet. loyal, smart, obedient, loves other dogs and is great with people of all ages.
He was happily adopted for 4 months until his mom introduced him to the free range chickens and he just can't stop himself from chasing them. This is probably puppy behavior- but in the family chicken business there is no margin for error. Andy prefers to be outside and only comes in with great reservation. He is also afraid of car rides- probably connected to a bad experience in his stray life.
He is back in foster care and playing happily with his friend Tafffy- (see her web page also). This is a VERY special dog and will only go to the most perfect adoptive home. He will do best in a home with another dog for conpanionship and a yard with room to explore and watch for squirrels. If you currently have no dogs- then perhaps we could interest you in Andy and Taffy together!
