BD (Black Dog) was seen running down the street by one of our foster parents.  She was able to catch him but knew she could not foster him at her home as she does felines, so another foster parent was contacted who had space and accepted him in.

BD would do better in a home with maybe one other canine companion (female).  He does a problem sharing food but foster family is working on it.  BD loves to play with his other canine companions but does try to be dominating with some of the males who are more submissive.

He has free range while means he goes in and out via a dog door.  He does eat with the other canines from a auto-feeder but can have issues is he is hyped up.  Sleeps in front room on a dog pillow/bed or chair with his companions and is good about that.

As for barking, only when someone comes to the door or he can see/hear unfamiliar noises in the backyard.  He does not bark all day or all night only when he is protecting his property. 

DB does not like his picture taken and will hide when he sees a camera so sorry about the pictures we did the best we could.
