Quirky little Kipper is mostly Basenji- so just stop here and do some breed research before you proceed. These are not dogs for rookies! Basenjis are a breed unto themselves and are way too smart and creative for their own good. They are more like cats in dog bodies.
Kip was in a south valley kill shelter and out of time when we got the call and had him trasnported to us. He is a real sweetheart- loves to be held, taken for a walk, played with- anything as long as it's "all about Kip". True to his Basenji heritage he doesn't actually bark- but he has a very piercing shriek when left unattended in a crate fro too long.
He is a great dog and will be a loving and loyal companion for the person who chooses to work with him and love him.
