About Blondie | |
|
|
Blondie came from a home in Invahoe along with a few others. Since in foster care, she and others were kept indoors for the first time. It was a adventure, now she is ready for more endeavors.
Blondie is kept in a puppy pen at night to sleep along with other puppies. She/they have potty pads and are being used. She will need some patience while she adjusts to new surroundings.
Since there are other foster companions, dry kibble is available 24 hours a day. Every night at 5 pm, everyone gets soft food. Sometimes canned sometimes home cooked. During the day, she is given chews for her developing teeth.
Please keep in mind that these breed of companions can live 15 to 20 years if their health is kept up. So make sure you and those in the household are in agreement with this. This bundle of joy has feeling/emotions just as we do.
If you would like to schedule a meet-n-greet, please call or text Laurie at (559) 799-3937. She will work as a liasion between the public and foster homes.

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
Love of Animals will screen potential adoption parents to ensure the companion WILL NOT be a fighting dog.
