About Uno | |
|
Uno is a fiesty lady who learned how to climb out of the puppy pen as fast as she could. Once out, she enjoys playing with the older fosters and with one of the free roaming cats.
When she is in the puppy pen, she stays more to herself as she is a little bigger then the other puppies. Hence her desire to learn how to climb out. Plus those puppies are in waiting for services still while hers is done.
At night, she is kenneled with other puppies the foster mom has. She calms down and become part of the puppy pile asleep. Knows the potty pad more then the dog door at this time. If she is out of the puppy pen, she still tries to go potty on the fringes of the potty pad that sticks out. Maybe she will learn the dog door soon.
If you would like to schedule a meet-n-greet, please call or text Laurie at (559) 799-3937. She will work as a liasion between the public and foster homes.

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
Love of Animals will screen potential adoption parents to ensure the companion WILL NOT be a fighting dog.
