Domestica is a sweet lady who loves to cuddle. Is free range so she can go outside and inside as she wishes.
Domestica gave birth to her 3 kids on Monday, April 23, 2007. Unfortunately one survived for a few days only. Foster mom took the little bundle to TCACS. While there, she saw another mom having some issues with a couple of foster pups. Thinking that this may work out, the foster mom took two pups back to Domestica. Within 30 minutes Domestica was feeding and caring for them. Since it is unknown of the medical condition of the parents, foster mom will update this page if others do not survive.
UPDATE: We have lost another of Domestica's puppies so we are down to one of hers, one from the foster mom at TCACS. Domestica Goddess stepped up and took on 3 puppies whose mother died before giving birth. Knowing it is crucial, an emergency C-section was preformed. Of the 10 puppies, three survived. Domestica was on the spot to take over and did so with motherly love. We have lost one and now Domestica is handling one of her own, one foster, and two from the mother who died. If this does not get to you about her love and loyalty, then you need to open your heart more.
UPDATE 05/12/2007: We have lost one more. Domestica is down to one of her own and one from the foster mother at TCACS. All three from the C-section have passed away which is hard on her and our family. We will up date you again soon.
UPDATE 05/28/2007: Domestica and her two pups are doing just fine. They have their own crate still in foster mom's front room. The little bundes of joy are now out and exploring their surroundings but mom is close to ensure their safety.
UPDATE 06/10/2007: Domestica will be making her first appearance at the adoption site. She is doing great after her spay and is still the loving mother. She has done well with her family as we watch them sleep, eat and play like there is no tomorrow. Look for Omega's and Courage's own pages in the up coming weeks...until them...
Final Notes: Domestica is an awesome little girl who protects her family. Does not matter if they walk on two or four legs, she makes sure they are safe and sound. If you are looking for a great companion Domestica is done with her motherly duties and is ready for a forever home where she can spend time being a happy, loving, and spunky lady.
