Jessie was surrendered to Delano Animal Control who has a worker that knows a foster mom who has a passion for Pit bulls. Jessie does not have a mean bone in his body but quite the opposite.
Very goofy and likes to be around his canine friends of all sizes. He does cower when he knows he has done something wrong so we know his spirit was broken.
LOA WILL NOT adopt Jessie out for any fighting purposes. Jessie is being housed as a regular dog who just wants to have fun.
