Foxy was brought to the shelter in a cardboard box along with Vixen and 3 puppies @ 3 wks old - we believe that Vixen might be her mother as well. Foxy was very scared at first but has completely come out of her shell- she is actually quite the little spitfire now!! She is all puppy and has no idea she is a little dog.
This is not a dog that wants to be put in a purse and carried around as a status symbol- she just needs a nice home with loving people and maybe some other critters for socializing and playing.
