My name is Kipper, and I am just happy to be here, if you look real close, I am smiling now. Someone was not very nice to me, I will run & hide if I see a rake or water hose, but my foster family is very gentle & loving and I am learning that humans are GOOD! I was put in a closed box and placed in a ditch. I was in the box for several days with no food or water. Lucky for me I was found by a nice man and rescued! I am shy, but very sweet and when I know that you are OK, I will run to you and play. I love kids and other dogs, even cats too. If you can take good care of me and show me trust and love, please take me home and let me show you unconditional love forever!
