Pilgrim & Prudence were abandoned in a hamster cage ( I know- I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it!) in someone's driveway. They were nearly starved, terrified, missing lots of hair and suffering from skin infections. Fortunately, we were able to get them into the vet immediately and into a foster home where they have been treated and nurtured. They are fabulous, loving dogs and are going to be outstanding family companions. I would love to see them stay together-- they will be on the small side for boxers- but will consider separating them for the right applicants. They will be available to go home in early November. We are accepting applications now. Pilgrim has the dark face, Prudence the light.
That was in November of 2008. Prudence - now Gracie- was adopted by a family that has not had the time to properly train her or spend with her. She needs a new home- she is @ 8 months old now and beautiful. She is great with other dogs- just needs to learn some manners.
We prefer families with previous Boxer experience.
