Butters was an abused little guy who was taken in by a couple to give him a new life. Although they tried, they are more into bigger dogs. He is a good little guy who just wants a family to love him.
Currently is housed with other smaller canines, he gets along well with all of them. At night he sleeps in bed with the foster mom's foster son. Is good about going outside to relieve himself.
Since he is a small dog, it is best to have a family who will let him be indoors as much as possible.
