About Luke | |
|
|
Luke was born on Dec. 19th 2011 at about 3:00 a.m. He was the last born out of a litter of four. From the get go Luke was and still is a love bug. He just loves to cuddle.
Luke is a big ball on energy. He loves to run and play catch. He gets along with other dogs. He does like to chase cats, but he has never hurt one. He loves to go on his walks. He also likes to go for rides in the truck. (If there are too many curves he tends to get car sick). Oh and when it get hot, he does like to get into the little blue plastic pool. He is crate trained, leash trained, and house broke. He also knows basic commands: sit, stay, laydown and no!
After a long day Luke likes to lay down with a bone and just chew. He usually falls asleep with the bone.
Luke can be very shy at first. But with lots of love he warms up just fine. He has not been around children under the age of 9.
It is time for Luke to find his forever home!
As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
Love of Animals will screen potential adoption parents to ensure the companion WILL NOT be a fighting dog.
