This little guy got a late Christmas present when his foster mom took him on December 26th before he was put to sleep. Scared, cold, and not feeling well, foster mom brought him home and worked with him to change all that. After a couple of months and times of misery, Mr. Peabody turned around and gained weight, got his spunk back and started playing like there was no tomorrow. Mr. Peabody loves to sit in your lap and give you kisses. He might be a bit shy at first and may need extra loving, but foster mom has spent many of days and nights letting him kiss her (okay, lick her to no end).
Mr. Peabody got his name as the first time in the foster home when others tried to pick him up he urinated on them. Now he is all better and that little problem is over. May do it for a day or two in a new home as it was nerves.
Is highly allergic to flea bites so flea protectant is a must. Without it, he will lose patches of hair and get sores on his body where he has been bitten. Can be treated but better to protect him then to make him suffer.
