If you are interested, have questions, or to schedule a personal viewing for this companion only, please contact Ms. Laurie Jane Eberle, volunteer for Love of Animals, Visalia Division, Visalia, California, at 559-697-5070 or laurie@loveofanimals.org.
Baby Blue Eyes is a sweet young lady who is still young enough to be trained for your perfect family companion. Is a bit shy at first and nervous so allow time to warm up.
Baby will need a family who has a large yard or acerage for her to be on as she will jump over most fences. Currently she is in a roofed area at her foster home as she will jump out of a 10 x 10 kennel. If you have a kennel, it will need a roof or wire covering so that when you are not able to be with her, she will not get out of yard and start roaming. She will chase cats which is one main reason she will jump fences. There is no instance where she has harmed them but this is a warning.
As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
Love of Animals will screen potential adoption parents to ensure the companion WILL NOT be a fighting dog.
