Mr. Salvador was found by a correction officer near Sequoia Fields correctional center. He took Salvador home but found that is current companion would not accept him. So the officer contacted one of LOA's foster parents he is friends with to see if she could help out.

So far Salvador has been a neat companion with very little problems. He will need time to adjust to his surroundings. It is not known why he was roaming so it may be best to take the time to see how he is with you and your home. Foster parent suggests crating train him and working with him from there. Currently he is in an outdoor kennel and has been doing very well with staying there but that honestly is no life for this special man.
