Harper was one of 6 dogs turned into the shelter from the same household. They were all just left in the backyard with little people interaction. He had no idea how to walk on a leash and would go donw onhis belly. He has been learning the benefits of people and really enjoys his time out of the kennel. He needs a person with patience and lots of love to give; he will be a very loyal companion . Harper will be a great dog to snuggle up next to on a cool night!
