Cesar is son to Monet and brother to Van Gogh. He is such a sweetie pie with a brat attitude.
Foster mom took Monet and her offsprings home from TCACF before the pups eyes were even opened. Mom raised her litter and watched as they got adopted. Unfortunately for Cesar (formerly Picasso to the foster mom) his situation after several months changed and his owner could no longer keep him.
Cesar has mixed in well at his foster home again. He plays all day with the other foster dogs of various sizes and breeds.
Please give Cesar a chance. He is a unusual mixture of breeds that give him a wonder disposition. Loves to play in the water puddles when foster mom hoses off the back patio. He is also very much into chasing the red LED light when projected on the floor.
