Neville is going to be a dapper little fellow when he gets cleaned up! He has been sadly neglected by whoever his previous owners were- he was brought in to the shelter as a stray and is now in a foster home. He is young and enrgetic, playful and sweet. He is going to be a wonderful companion for someone- he is primarily an indoor dog that would like a yard to run in with supervision.
