Hector's person lost her home so he was surrendered to us along with 2 other relatives of his. The other 2 were adopted together , so Hec is looking for a person of his own. He has the IG sense of comedy/drama and the fearlessness of the chihuahua. He is a really special guy wiht a gorgeous chocolate coat, gold eyes and an adorable underbite!
