Rex was found walking the streets of Visalia by a family. Unfortunately the family could not have pets where they live at so they contacted LOA. Rex's foster mom placed an add in the paper to see if his owners would respond but no such luck. So his foster mom made the arrangments to have him neutered but that's where she had to stop for a time. Seems Rex had contracted Tetanus and needed to recover from that first. Rex is currently recovering and his foster mom can see the difference in his movement and when she looks into his eyes. No longer is his front legs straight and unbendable and his eyes squinting. Rex will be getting neutered around the end of March or beginning of April. Other then that, Rex is a sweet little guy who would like a home of his own where he can be loved and cuddled.
